You will have online access to 4 workouts that can be done by themselves, whenever you need them, or can be used as your weekly movement!
Accountability Group:
We will meet in person once a week for 8 weeks to support each other on this postpartum journey of health! We will learn about our health, hold each other accountable and make realistic goals so we can actually see change!
