Ready to actually be prepared for this holiday season? This 5 section course will prepare you both mentally and physically for all of the challenges that come with this time of year. Each section, you will get a 20 minute video that includes 10 minutes with a mental health provider and 10 minutes with a personal trainer. Be prepared to learn a skill and a movement practice to go along with that skill. Topics include: family stress, over eating and emotional eating, feeling sad, feeling overwhelmed and how to feel strong!
