What is Included?
3 recorded videos a week:
Each of the collaborators on board will have a 10 minute video for you to watch each week surrounding their area of expertise.
There will be a group chat for the course where you can reach out to the other mommas in the program for support, to share successes and to share struggles and hold each other accountable along the way!
Wellness is a journey and there will be bumps along the way. You will have access to the recorded videos to be able to go back and watch them whenever you need a moment of support.
