Welcome to a supportive, non-judgemental space.

Each Wednesday we will meet at Jacks Park in Monterey for a brief introduction.

We will then head out for a walk on the rec trail! I will be providing discussion questions on the topic if you get stuck in conversation.

We will then meet back at the park to talk about what came up for us on the walk.

I look forward to seeing you there!

And remember, we are not alone on this journey called motherhood.
