What is Included? 

1 recording a day, 5-10 minutes each day
Each week you will get 2 workouts, 1 video from our Doctor and 4 videos filled with tools and skill to help your reclaim your mind, body and spirit again!  

Accountability Group: 

There will be a group chat for the course where you can reach out to the other mommas in the program for support, to share successes and to share struggles and hold each other accountable along the way!   

Lifetime Access: 

Wellness is a journey and there will be bumps along the way.  You will have access to the recorded videos to be able to go back and watch them whenever you need a moment of support.
